I am a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor accredited to the NHER. (National Home Energy Rating). Having worked in Estate Agency for 16 years I have a wealth of experience and knowledge of the property market.

I produce Energy Performance Certificates that are carried out in a professional, reliable and prompt manner ensuring that the Home Information Pack can be implemented as quickly as possible.

From point of instruction I aim to have the EPC back within 48 hours, depending on access arrangements for the property.

As a member of the NHER I have Personal Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance in place, and all EPC's carried out are individually quality assessed by this body.
